It’s that little part in the middle, also the fact you know that they knew(last performance together)…first time I really listened to the Beatles I was playing with a toy fishing rod and a plastic fish in a stream inside Griffith park that’s dried up since but the Beatles music still remains. Revolver and White album are my fave.
One of my fav Beatles tracks and it didn't even get onto the Let it be Album. All the band played magical contributions and not forgetting Billy and his great piano part

My wife and I were in London back in October and being the Beatles fan that I was I had to try to get up on the rooftop. But believe it or not IT'S A VACANT BLDG!!!!!! yes the spot of the infamous rooftop concert is a vacant bldg. There was a lady who saw me checking it out and she showed me a pic of her and Ringo who came back to visit the rooftop on the anniversary of the concert but even Rigo couldn't get in.Why someone hasn't bought the bldg and charged 30.00 to go up to the rooftop is beyond me. It cool but really, it's just a vacant bldg. I think it bothered me more than anyone else.
I was in London last October to record in Abbey Road with my band (which was obviously insane and amazing) and I went down and took a look at the rooftop building just to see it. Wish I’d been able to go upstairs!

Yes. A Rosewood fretboard does make a difference. Some guitarist don't realize it. It's subtle, but it's there. I play a strat with a rosewood fretboard, I love the subtle mellow tone.

George Harrison is playing a rare Fender Telecaster with a solid Mahogany body. For us guitar geeks out there, the denseness of the wood makes for a different resonate tone. All Fender Telecaster's bodies Adler wood with Maple or Rosewood necks

That’s Billy Preston playing his Rhodes electric piano. He was on the rooftop as well, although for whatever reason they didn’t film his presence. I’m guessing his performance was on the same feed. Billy was SO much a part of the Beatles sound at this time, that without him I’m not sure that the music would have been as popular has it has become.

Harrison was always my favorite. When it came mean to post Beatles work, his music was the best IMO.
