nah the balance is unfair for Protoss, Terran got emps and static metric is crazy. infestors with fugal. the balance council needs to buff statis wards for oracles. I should be able do damage when opponents are frozen. make it an upgrade at the fleet beacon. splitting one units off setting off statis traps should be punishable
It’s honestly crazy to me, how many near perfect moves Zerg has to make to take a decent fight against lategame Protoss. It is too hard to do compared to what the Protoss has to do. I also firmly believe that terran has a way easier time against Protoss than Zerg. I feel like the Balance Team missed the plot. What we wanted to see was protoss getting buffed against terran and a ghost nerf. They buffed toss by making them stronger against Zerg which has not been the main issue. Terran is also too straight forward - it’s just MMM every game which always forces the same response by the opposing player. It is clearly showing that the game has been abandoned by Blizzard. I feel like there is almost no variety anymore. How about a randomised worker start every game. So that some games are 6 worker start, some are 9 worker start, some are 12 worker start. All of this randomized could be pretty cool imo. Would open up so much room for more strategies. Anyways, thanks for the cast and keeping the game relevant!
Cry me a river for a race that literally won the last 3 years of tournaments. And now have to play the game properly instead of BS auto win against other races. Zerg has always been busted in SC 2 since queen break the core of how Zerg should be played. And now they started to nerf its. Forcing Zerg to really make a decision on whether they want to defend, eco or offend for the first time. And people lost their mind. Also for anyone say Protoss is now so OP pro switch to it. Raynor and Dark both play PvZ in this tournament and both lost as Protoss against other who plays Zerg. So get your " Protoss pro are just worse than others" BS out of here.
