That first level is prime epilepsy material, 10/10 would seizure again.
I loved the anime. I first watched it on the Sci Fi channel back then. I even bought the DVD. They also made a live action movie but it wasn't as good. I had no idea there was a game that we never got.
Yeah, I remember recording that to VHS when it was on Sci Fi. I think they called it Anime '97, and I also got Armitage III and Green Legend Ran that day. Then DVD as well. The animation was actually a prequel to the movie. But I never gave the movie a chance.
The live action anime girl! The same woman who voice ooh la la in space channel 5 part 1 and 2
The live action movie was made first. The anime is a prequel. The anime is better though.
I'll have to check out the anime some day then
Same here brother! They would play it in parts on Saturdays. I was introduced to anime by iria on Syfy and own the DVD as well. Did you see urusei yatsura beautiful dreamer as well? Another classic.
OMG yes! I never noticed a transaltion existed for it!
Thanks for sharing the information!
loved the anime and the game wish it could get a reboot
tbh, I would be good with anything in that universe. It just has such unique tech compared to most hard lined boxy scifi tech.
Thanks for this - loved the anime ever since I saw it on sci-fi
A very underrated anime, movie and game series!
Dang I never knew they made a game from this anime.
Ah you just can't miss Masakazu Katsura's style drawing
Thus game is not bad parallax scrolling shooter stages and run and gun with boss fights with a storyline and good soundtrack this is a old game probably released early on snes...
1995... Not early ...
Me encanta mucho tu canal, gracias a él me he dado cuenta de que existen muchos hacks aparte de los de Pokémon para GBA xd, sigue así nunca dejes de subir contenido saludos desde Honduras 🇭🇳❤️
I loved the Anime, I didn't know the game existed. Nice!
The quality of this game, man!
The first stage music kinda makes me think of Phantasy Star IV for some reason.
The music, sounds like the intro music for ps4
Bass player is groovin'
I think they put 2 of their 3 megs into sweet pics.
Iria was hot for an anime character.
This game kinda reminds me Journey To Silius on the NES. Just in the action part while traveling and the background on mission one. I dont know why. Just does.
Sickkkkkk I didn’t know there was a game
good game and ost ! exelent bass sound!
HAH. Never knew there was a Zeiram game.
Emulation leads to finding so many exclusive overseas titles. I love it.
Thank You.
Rolling Thunder + Journey To Silius
This looks like one of those games that were ahead of it's time, kinda like Ninja Gaiden on the NES.
In the Japanese version, I could not figure out how the wings work.
I may have this on my psc . this looks fun
👍. You using KMFDManic's updated core set? He's made alot of performance improvements to many of the cores. Check out his channel here on YT!
@@TexasHollowEarth thank you I will. There are some games that won't run and it throws you back to the main screen.
This game is so difficult, mostly because you have so limited ammo.
Hi great find this random unknow game. I tried every available patch V1.03 IPS BPS UPS XDELTA and i always receive a warning at the beginning for
bad checksum ... game runs ... is that normal ?
She was my first waifu
shit why have i never heard of this, i tthought zeiram was pretty sick so it should be cool
This game reminds me some of Rolling Thunder.
Why does the music at 4:19 sound so much like the music from Zombi 3?
Very good,
Tracer before she joined Overwatch
No lo puedo creer. Yo jugaba ese juego en japonés. pasaba horas en ciertas etapas ya que se requería entender unas instrucciones para seguir y terminar el juego.
Same, I couldn't get past the first level, I gave up after a couple hours wandering around wasting ammo
It's a shame that Dynamic Designs ended up doing the translations for so many underrated anime games. Dynamic Designs is a pretty low-tier rom hacking group who has a fair amount of controversies and not the greatest track record of being very good writers in general. Not to mention that they don't seem to approach any of their anime-based games with the dedication, knowledge or understanding of the source material that a real, better fan of the material would. Someday, i'd like to see certain Japanese SNES games like this, or The Slayers be redone from the ground up by a translator or hacking group with more innate talent.
As it is, Dynamic Designs work ranged from "passable" to "bad". But at least they're not as bad as J2E or Sky Render. So at least we can all be thankful for that.
I just wish the romhacking fan-translation scene would straighten itself out, aim for a higher bar of quality, stop falling into the amateur translation pitfalls that so many of these barely dedicated, hobbyist scene kids do that make them look more like low-tier vhs-rip fansubbers from 1998 than anything resembling a professional effort. But what can ya do. Most of them only do this in their spare time with no real training, "self-taught" and fishing for community clout than they care about the original material or the love of the art.
So unless it's something like the Mother 3 Fan-Translation or the Sailor Moon Another Story team (i.e dedicated people who care and know what they're actually doing), you tend to just get low effort work from elitist scene kids chasing internet community brownie points, producing overly literal, stiff quantity-over-quality weekend warrior-level work like this, The Slayers or the majority of SNES DBZ games, or bizarrely nonsensical translations filled with poor phrasing, random swearing, blatant mistranslations, cringy dad jokes, William Shatner references and unfitting political messages shoved into a SNES rom with all the subtlety of Pepe The Frog in a MAGA hat. Or sometimes they just feel like a low effort bootleg or that comes off like Princess Maker 2 on Steam.
Wish that more competent people in the scene today would capitalize on the void left by old translations that have aged like sour milk under a sun-lamp by the "fine" folks at Dynamic Designs, SkyRender, J2E and DeJap, and start redoing things to be able to save some face in the fan-translation community for these old games. The community can and should strive for better.
Yo. Pensè q era super metroid....👍🏻🇩🇴
muito bom!
Wth is this?!?
That is the best video game music I've ever heard. Game seems kinda average but the music slaps.
the intro and 5:54 e 19:36 are very good witch 1,25x
Game look like Zillion on the master system
🤔
For me, It´s like a new game!
Ohhhhhh I remember the anime. Was p gud IIRC.

Man I would love to have a physical version of this rom. Thought knowing my luck i wouldnt even be able to afford a rom out on a working cartridge

主人公のキャラクターデザイン見ると、桂正和さんの『D・N・A 2』のカリンに似てるw
I just purchased the films and the anime.
great game, graphics n so cool músic
Muito legal!! 👏👏👏
0:46 , when I see this character, it reminds me of the character in the DNA2 manga and anime. It' s Katsura Masakazu's character design?
Yes, it is.
Kof seed? Uhm
Make a better world, throw the junk out.
#uzzirulez
The anime is one of the best movies in it's genre tbh
