F.B.I Agent RB (Rainbow Dash) isn’t really sucking the blood out of ponies. She’s draining out their color, hence why she uses the “Pegasus Device”. She drains every ounce of the ponies color, which is ofc their blood.

The "truth" behind her is actually an creepypasta called "Rainbow Factory" she doesn't do drugs. The needle in her mouth is how she steals the color and blood from ponies, killing them nearly instantly. The tubes on her back are the current colors she has collected.
