Skoki Lodge Ski Tour [Lake Louise, Alberta]

A lovely endurance ski tour in one of our favourite areas in the Canadian Rockies. This day-trip to Skoki Lodge is approximately 28.4 km round-trip and 1,225 m of elevation gain. Lucky for us, the Lodge is closed at this time of year so we had the area all to ourselves and a serene lunch on the doorstep. This ski-tour has virtually no avalanche terrain if you stick to the traditional route to Skoki Lodge via Deception Pass, making it a wonderful tour for a leisure spring ski.
