For the extinction achievement, I did just a small tweak on the design you showed at 0:30. I set up a line of roughly 11 human heads and used a sniper rifle as the gun while also setting up bulletproof sheets that cover each part and the outside environment to prevent any ricochet from damaging the outer environment or inner components. This is nabbing me roughly 9 - 10 kills every second. With five of these set up I should get the achievement in roughly 6.17284 hours. I'll be done with it by the time I'm back from work 😊.
thanks for this now i can finaly beat the 3 achevements i was missing but also why did not other tutorial said that i had to use water breathing :( i was stuck on potion seller for soo long (also what did u do to make the syringes look like that?)
not without more information sorry. Have you gone into the volume mixer to try to see if you have just specifically muted people playground accidentally. Also ccheck the in-game settings master volume maybe.

select the 'blood vessel wire' which is red. Depending on the pressure of the liquid it will funnel naturally but if you use a pressurizer and change the settings so it pushes out and connect that the the thing you want liquid out of it should work. Hope that makes sense😅

I notice when I get low fps the game will automatically block the volume because the frame and the sound are not matching. That could be the reason

then you either froze the dampener or you attached it to the base of the rotor, not the wheel.

Go into settings, go to gore, activate 'procedural fragments' and everything else but Not 'goreless' since that will remove all blood.
