- Hey everybody! Today we'll take a quick look at picking your religion at the character creation screen in Conan Exiles game. We'll take a general look at what each religion offers your character and hopefully give you a little insight to which religion to pick at the character creation screen in Conan Exiles game.

There's a third way to get the religions: farm priests from that religion. Each religion has an item drop that can teach the religion when 'consumed', or you can offer it to your god for 20 points of zeal. They're called things like: Precepts of Mitra, Eyes of Set, Tablet of Derketo, Skull of Yog, etc.

But What About Jabal Sag you gotta do the Midnight Grove to gain his favor, and Crom has no alter, "he only respects strength". But if you follow the Lore he gives man all he needs with The Riddle of Steel. so your ability to make others "bend to your word, and forge loyalty." (aka the Wheel of Pain)

imo im loving the zath one for the little spider orb you can throw.
that spider is both tanky and can do massive dmg with the poison when it stacks up tho you can only have one spider out at a time and i wager it will pair well with Set with those poison arrows.
Thanks...and stacking spider poison and set poison arrows along with a weapon that causes bleed should knock down just about any enemy that is susceptible to bleed and poison in a very short time👍
10 stacks of that spider's posion will met bosses in a few seconds, its crazy high dps.

I don't normally pick one since you can learn all of them anyway in the exile lands. However I began playing yesterday on siptah and I picked Zath. In my opinion Zath and Set are the best ones.
I think Set is my all time pick, but yeah, Zath is looking good....love those spiders!
@@rottonjon Yeah, but the spear you get it's great because it applies poison with each hit.
If you dont pick one in the creation screen then isnt Mitra automatically picked for you?
Yeah, it defaults to Mitra as that is the religion that the character creation screen starts on
@@clashofclans9473 There’s also a bug that sometimes resets your choice to Mitra when your toon is created, regardless of what religion you chose. I had it happen several times in a row, despite my having selected Set and having double checked my selection in the character review before confirming my character’s creation.

Did mitra's ambrosia get nerfed? I remember it healing a whole lot more. In just getting back into the game after a couple years off
Yeah. It got nerfed awhile back...not totally useless now but not worth carrying the weight of it in your inventory
@@rottonjon damn, that sucks lol I picked mitra for the health potions early now it wasn't worth it. Should have gotten set for the arrows
@@bogiemonster638 you can go to the religion trainers and learn the religions for each one...most are fairly easy to get to and you can learn them at any level. Check out where to find all religions in my video list if ya want

Some notes:
You can spend points on your feats tab to learn all religions but they cost 50 points for the base religion and more points for each upgrade.
You can learn every religion in the game by speaking with NPC in the exile lands for free so need to spend the initial 50 points for that.
You can learn religions by farming priests of that religion and they drop consumables that it actually teaches it to you.
The Derketo Archpriest has always been bugged and its almost Impossible to get.
Theres one more religion however its not available to get in the character creation screen. The Jhebbal Sag

Hey i still have the Sword not swing do you think the reason it does not work is because it a free co op world not a rented server or what
That shouldn't affect the sword swing, try looking on the Funcom forums.com to see if anyone else has had this issue and if there is a fix for it. This has me stumped without being able to replicate it.
