The fucked up part was that I don't think there were any major issues Andross even did other than just losing the guessing game lmaoo. The HFb's were good because Dizzy was gonna break his armor and he wanted to catch her off guard with HFb's armor into probably an armored PB. Mega RIP, we can't win all rounds. He got them good in the rest of the set anyway.

Combo? No. Blockstring? Sometimes, New PB is a five frame grab with stupidly large hitbox, it is very scary combined with IB and it can make some safe blockstring unsafe.
If by "combo" you mean the fire-spear spam block string, then probably not. Point blank it's +7, so you can Pot bust in the 6 frames between 2 uses, but if she uses it, jabs to push herself slightly back, then starts using it, she can make it about +9, making the gap only 4 frames thus beating all of Pot's armored moves
Dizzy needs 34 openings to kill, while having very weak zoning tools + terrible antiairs + garbage health / defensive options / frame data. No wonder Pot wins : without multi-hits projectiles, you can't zone him. Ever. Yet another case of DLC character that needs a huge buff. When GoldL and Ram outzone Dizzy for free, you know your shiny new zoner sucks...
