Is the point to listen and fall asleep or listen to the entire story for 3 hours?

Both.. its not a "3 hour long story". Its a 28 min. Story, and the rest of the entire video is just white noise. I wish they would say this. I feel like it's false advertising in a way, an has wasted so much of my time trying to find one that is at least over an hour (that I already havnt heard 1000 times)
