I heard it’s not good to cook anything with vinegar in a metal cooking pot, supposedly because d metal reacts to d vinegar. So when I cook Paksiw or adobo, I use a glass cooking pot. So if u believe it’s not good, am sure there s plenty of glass cooking pot brands there in pinas. I bought d visions brand.
