Last year, gameplay was much better on EA FC 24 on PS4 actually, because there was no Hypermotion in PS4 version of the game, so it felt similar to FIFA 23 gameplay wise. If that's the case this year, I would stick with PS4 version of the game really. Hypermotion is junk. Because of Hypermotion, the players feel sluggish and not very responsive and it takes time before they even attempt to pass or shoot, those milliseconds really do matter.
Just upgraded yesterday, tired of the same old same old ps4, i want more realism and i always wondered about the lack of big cutscene for big goals in ps4…. So glad the ps5 version has a far superior version along with pre game fan outside stadium scenes, players in dressing rooms etc etc i want a immersive career mode☺️ when it comes to gameplay i been figuring out sliders to use for realistic gameplay and kept cpu sliders on tactical to stop team playing exactly the same way every single game
There is actually no point in upgrading your console just to play fifa until they make it ps5 only. Your pretty much getting the exact same game without hypermotion, some cutscenes and better graphics

The best way to enjoy this game is to play the ps4 version on the ps5 console. The ps5 version is a complete abomination with the hyper motion virus

It is actually the ps5 version that is stuttering and laggy even when playing offline. Hyper motion is simply a virus of the frostbite engine.
