Hi David don’t know how or why living so close but we haven’t heard of Egton Bridge and it looks lovely so thanks for bringing it to our attention! ‘Rain rain is here to stay, the god awful stuff won’t go away’ 😂 We think it’s great pubs and hotels are offering hook ups! We do love Goathland! £4.50 for parking 😮 😅 we love seeing the steam trains too! This was most enjoyable! You are fabulous David but we did miss Rachel & Roxy hope they are ok? Thank you - I hadn’t been before either there’s so many nice places around the area isn’t there. The parking was 50p cheaper if you were in a car but you can also park in other places on the outskirts I believe and walk in. Cracking vlog david 😂 love going to whitby,one of my favourite places, shame you didnt go on the steam train its briiliant we always go on it we are up that way Been to Grosmont Goathland and Levisham. Hope rachel is ok, hope your back together soon x

A nice meet up with G & R, we went to Gothland a few years back - nice to see again. Have to say you can't beat the smell and sounds of steam trains. We are booked in on thwe train later this year? Hope Rachel and Roxy are ok? I know what you mean about solo travelling, a touch strange but I seem to do alot last but did enjoy it even though different.

Nice vlog, pub stopover looks excellent. My Aguri satnav is usually ok as I can put in width and length. It would be a nightmare on single track as I can't reverse towing the car😮
Thank you - The pub stop was great, and nice to have a wander around Goathland too. My sat nav is supposed to keep you off the narrow roads and normally does a good job but sometimes seems to just get it wrong! I imagine it would be a nightmare reversing when towing for any distance, when I had a caravan I was hopeless! All the best, David 👍
