Rooftop Russian here, there was only about 20 RF in the mosque and we were in the process of exfil (my section was standing by the door with rucks on ready to go when the attack began, you can see them at the bottom of the stairs). Only about 5 of us made it to the roof, and we fought till we ran out of ammo and were taken out one by one with a hailstorm of grenades.
@@philcarraturo1919 I wish we had gopro's, but if I had a gopro I'd have probably been shot on the ladder through the window. I'm always cursed when I have a camera. Saratov 2 had some crazy firefights too, but no gopro. I should use mine more.
It's a Mosque, RoE dictates no unnecessary damage to civilian or religious property. A assault like this is only allowed when it's being held by an enemy force.
@@breaden4381 Depends on the civilian population. Anything more than a... 30% iirc, chance of significant civilian casualty is not allowed. In this situation, Unmanned Drone Air to ground strikes are most likely as there don't seem to be any civilians present in the town. I didn't see any NATO soldiers using Mortars and nothing alluded to artillery being present. It would come down to the game masters in game and Command IRL. If the threat was too great and the only way to quickly and effectively clear the Mosque was a foot assault, rather than wait on drone strikes, Command would absolutely approve that assault.

Can this change from battle to battle or from like course to course ect, like Desert fox does at 1:20 or is it like 1st hit call out, 2nd hit dead like on his channel, or is they a rule of thumb..?
