Many people who doesn't know about utchista ganapati are cry / barking to change thumbnail. But the fact is that is the actual form of Utchista Ganapati. Inside Jagannath templein Puri this idol was there and everyday pooja will be performed to that idol.
I saw something like this many years ago in my dream but I couldn't connect all that I saw ....because the state , place in which I saw Ganesh ji , and what I saw him doing .....did not fit the idea , and imagery of Ganesh that had at that time ....
