For me, I found out Control + T was the default, but only to select files on the File Explorer. For everything else it is CTRL + A. It makes no sense, and I can't change it.
Hey guys, My problem was I didn't realise one button was stuck all the time, in my case it was the ":" button. I wasn't able to use my left Ctrl or Shift with any combination of buttons. Inspect you Keyboard 🙂🙂
