Informative video. For celebrities attending red carpet events, what is the advantage of the stylist pulling clothes from the showroom instead of buying it from the boutique, besides cost?
Hi there! The advantage besides cost is giving your client access to unique pieces. A large part of being a stylist is being able to provide access to pieces that your client wouldn't ordinarily be able to find on their own.

One thing I'm always curious about is that how does a fashion stylist know the theme of a photoshoot? I'm sorry, i just saw this video and wondering if how does a stylist know the theme before doing the real photoshoot?😭

Hi Arabela! Great question! For professional shoots, there will be a producer/production company donning the shoot and they will explain what the theme/general style is. This is usually in the form of a moodboard. For more creative/test shoots, often the photographer or the Stylist will create and develop the theme.
