- Helllllo, I am back with a very tasty week of vegan eating! Quick meals, Indian classics and lots of snacking included 😋I've been eating a predominately plant based diet for over 4 years now so thought I would share some ideas of what yummy foods fuel me and make me v happy. Enjoy :)

Whilst married to a Chinese vegetarian, Indian food and spices (in particular dahls) are my favourite.
We have found a local Indian restaurant that is willing to cook vegetarian meals without the five pungent vegetables.

I didn't know parachute oil can be used for cooking , we always used it as a cosmetic 😂😂, btw nice video💯.
Also cooking your own food is a big challenge , it's good to see you managing it in such an efficient way .
It’s actually an edible oil if you carefully observe the bottle you’ll get to know and also it’s an financial gimmick the company played to exempt the tax. Their initial thought was to bring it as hair oil but by doing so they should pay 8% cosmetic tax to avoid that they brought it as plain coconut oil and edible so which comes under food sector and no tax for that. But after releasing it they advertised it as hair oil later court got involved and asked to pay the tax as they were marketing it as hair oil but they proved it as edible oil and won the case…What a plan😅😂😂
Hi Surina, a slightly different question here but are doctors allowed to have painted nails since you mentioned getting a manicure. Thank you for your videos by the way , they have been very helpful
Yes weirdly they don't seem to care here at all! Lots of doctors have manicures 🤯
