Question: Great podcast and explanation, but I’m confused about one point. Sir mentioned that negative working capital is problematic because it suggests a company is using short-term borrowing for long-term assets. However, what if a company is using short-term borrowing for short-term assets, like receiving money before paying vendors and investing in inventory or raw materials which will boost the sales? Could you clarify this situation with Sir or explanation by yourself ? Thank you, and keep up the excellent work!
@@pranavmandlik it's understandable with current liabilities vs current assets ... Here are a few points covering the impact of Goodwill Taxation: Prohibition of Depreciation: Goodwill is no longer eligible for depreciation. Increased Tax Burden: Businesses face a higher tax burden due to the inability to claim deductions. Potential for Double Taxation: In some cases, double taxation may arise(Tax during buy and sell both).
