I think the problem might be whoever she is signed to. It’s been too many years for the music to only be coming out now. Either they rejected her songs a bunch of times or their marketing team decided her music wasn’t marketable. Someone of her caliber should have been able to put out her album ages ago, but I’m sure it’s the record label stopping her and not giving her any promotion whatsoever.

yeah, I think Normani & her team are aiming for a slow burn approach with Dopamine. the streams are fairly consistent as it’s been receiving a lot of love from listeners. I think they want the music to continue to generate buzz, but Normani’s brand has proven her to be a visual recording artist & captivating performer. She gotta drop those videos so she can translate the album’s energy to the stage. I really hope she tours. 💖🙏🏽
