    I scaled weight to 175 (1st part) 145 lb (2nd part) and extended time cap to 25 min. Still barely made it. 😂😂😂😂😂 fun workout to do though

      I would suggest scaling to weights to ones you can manage, that are hard but not impossible. For double unders you can do singles for double reps, penguin hops to work on timing or lower amount of reps for the DUBS. Lower the box if you need for BBJO. HS walks can be HS hold at wall, marches, shoulder taps, wall walks, pike hold on box with or without weight shifts, or high plank. Hope that helps a bit! 😊

      Stoh:
      Barbell 1 (155/105 lbs)
      Barbell 2 (115/75 lbs)
