Absolutely funny, everything is different in America. In Germany I just bought the Ford Escape/Kuga. As an "Active", which is the highest equipment, with an AWD 2.5l 190 hp Hybrit engine. Price € 56,000. I love FORD! 👍
Yes I see that the base Escape(Kuga) in Germany is just under $40,000 Euros.. uff! Interesting they don't offer the 2.0L 250hp engine for the Autobahn.. hmm. Thank You for watching from Germany! :)
We bought a 2017 n it is sitting at the dealer for 5 weeks it needs a new motor and we got took real bad n we are seniors. It's at team ford in vegas. Help
ohh, sorry to hear that! I have a 2016 escape with the 2.0l engine and it still going pretty good. I know that Ford updated their engines for the 2017 models and some of those ecoboost engines were having trouble with mixing the coolant/oil and it was pretty much the end for the engine. Hope you get it resolved soon! Thank You for watching!
My ford fusion is 7 years old, so I’m not in the market to buy a new vehicle. But if I was I would buy this escape. I’ll be in the market in 2 years. Too bad ford is going to discontinue the escape in 2025.
I have the Active Version with Tech Pack 1,
The 13.2 Inch screen is Truly Awesome!
Yes, hopefully getting to review a higher trim 2024 Escape, but I have not seen one yet at the dealer..all base/active models..
Thats what i got

Wait so this escape active has an eco boost engine? I wouldn’t buy this solely because of the eco boost engine.
My 2016 Escape with the 2.0L ecoboost has 128k miles and it still going strong. I maintain it regularly with 5k oil changes..
@@petersautovlog I did some research on the eco boost engines and apparently ford fixed the issue on the later models. So I might get this escape now.
How much to lease?
I have seen on Fords website that they start around $330/m for a lease but of course there are lots of variables that can alter the payment..
Buying it cash is the way to go. You’ll save tons of money.

Yes, hopefully they have plans to update or come up with a similar improved compact suv..Thank you for watching!
You talk to fast. Can't make out everything.
I guess that double expresso in the morning did not help out. But Thanks for watching!
