As of this posting, there are 55 people bereft of any sense of humor! This guy is GREAT! You don't see or hear comedy like this anymore! No cursing, no sexual innuendos, just plain good humor and talent!
It's just the RUclips algorithm that, if you hit "like" keeps sending. If you hit "dislike", stops sending. so you might like videos of cute cats but after a thousand cat videos you hit "dislike" just so you do not see the unending videos of cats. Nothing personal. It's a way to control what you see.
Michael Davis was huge in the 1980s, but then just disappeared. Even after all these years, he doesn't even have a Wikipedia page. Someone who knows what happened to him needs to start one so we can find out what happened to this unique talent !
According to this e-mail from the Reagan Library: "The Reagans attended events at Ford's Theatre six times during the Presidency -- 1981, 1982, 1984, 1985, 1986, and 1987. Since you mentioned 1981 and 1982, I checked the President's schedule files for those years. Michael Davis, comedian juggler, is on the program for the annual gala at Ford's Theatre held on September 25, 1982. The gala was titled "Festival at Ford's." I think this must be the date of the video."
Michael Davis was just amazing-- skillful, perfect timing and hilarious! And always nice to remember one of the best and classiest presidents in U.S. history.
All of his shows have the same jokes, so people would realize that and he’d be in deep shit. This isn’t a joke or me trying to be mean, it’s literally the same jokes in different settings sometimes.

I believe this was televised wasn't it? Man, I remember watching it I'm sure. Classic! I enjoy seeing Ron & Nancy laughing as much as anything. Now I know what the "good old days" meant.
Although I was no fan of Reagan I enjoyed his unabashed ability to laugh. I love the juggler. A real entertainer still able to get us to laugh in these dark times.
Imagine what other great performances we have missed out on due to the unavailabilty of recordings. I'm talking about performances before the invention of cameras.
Back when entertainers didn't need to curse or swear and Politicians could be civil with each other.Think you'd see Trump and Nancy pelosi sitting that close to each other at the same event?
That's Howard Baker, then-Senate Majority Leader, sitting to Nancy's left. Later he was her husband's chief of staff. I think Barbara Bush is on her husband's right.
He was/is a fair juggler and a good comedian. The combination makes him great. For a guage, I have seen several juggle 3 ping pong balls with there mouths and one cheat 5. He launched them with his mouth but caught them with his hands and stuffed them back into his mouth. Fast. But I know of no one else who does the nostrils gag.
Was he worried the republicans wouldn't appreciate the Richard Nixon pose with the two balls in his mouth? I guess it WAS only 8 years after Watergate, but Nixon was fair game on both sides. I don't think they would have minded.
We sure miss Ronnie... WE ALL have the need to listen to his old radio program "Freedom Talk", though it may already be too late to Understand his message.
There are two important people in this video. One is a man that spent all his career crafting jokes to even become a joke himself and, you could even say, a clown. The other is Michael Davis.
Wait they held events there still long after Abe’s death? So basically while they’re all there laughing, the supposed chair was just sitting in the basement rotting away? Yeah Ok.

Speaking of which did President Reagan actually attend this? I think I saw him when the audience was laughing.
@@howardlanus2347 yes. He can be seen here.
@@howardlanus2347 he addresses Reagan directly in part 2 as I remember it.
I saw this when I was a kid and thought it was hilarious! As an adult, it's still hilarious! A great act. Thanks for posting.
"It's just an illusion"!! Bless you Michael for all the time and effort you put into helping me laugh in 2023!
The force is strong with this one.

@@Sco692 you are a fool. I'd say a complete fool, but you never admitted to voting for Biden in your post so benefit of doubt....
Id like to see him today on tv but I'm glad president Regan got to see this at the same time
watching reagan watch and enjoy this puts a smile on my face.
He was surely a Lord Entertainer of the Highest Courts in his past lives
GREAT PERFORMANCE EVEN AFTER MANY DECADES ! ✌☮
I was trying to pin point who he sounds like because I swear I've heard that voice before, finally got it. Gene Wilder.
Why was he not a bigger star?
All of his shows have the same jokes, so people would realize that and he’d be in deep shit. This isn’t a joke or me trying to be mean, it’s literally the same jokes in different settings sometimes.
@@elliotttt4172 Exactly. The few clips I've seen now have been very similar, with the starting half being exactly the same each time.

He was the biggest brightest star, just further out in space!
He wasn't bigger because he did the same act everytime

When comedians didnt swear, cuss and yet they entretained audiences
Exactly the type of comedian I aspire to be!
RUclips
Was this before George Carlin's seven dirty words routine or before Andrew Dice Clay? Oh wait, it wasn't?
yeah back on those older decades when people had class and wit =/
Brian Regan. Look em up.
Where has this guy been? I've never seen him before, yet he obviously has been around for a long time.
Notice the guys behind the Reagans ? Hardly crack a smile - especially with knife, cleaver, hatchet juggling - Bodyguards for sure !!
The audience looked very happy about it
This guy has the greatest delivery- he's the "best".

Great video! thumbs up!
Fine, I guess I'll check out Part 2...
The sound that he makes with the ping pong ball :D I'm dying :D
Muy bueno, recomiendo ver part 2!
A little humor makes the pill go down
How wonderful to see a real President and elegant First Lady enjoying a sophisticated, adult show once again!
You've got to enjoy seeing the two of them laugh! Also enjoyed some of Mrs. Reagan's facial reactions!
Shut up boomer
NOW WE GOT A CON ARTIST AND HIS MAIL ORDER BRIDE WHO KNOW ONE WANTS TO BE AROUND.
This is the first funny URL I've seen.
This is Hillarious!
Other than that, how was the show, Mrs. Lincoln?
Michael Davis will be performing in Las Vegas at The Laugh Factory September 16- 22nd.

First lady was so nice that day

3:20 nancy didn't get the joke
power of presentation. if he only did the tricks, he would be no better than a guy in a circus.
Who else can see Benedict Cumberbatch playing him in his bio-pic?

God Bless RR and Nancy he was truly the best president in my lifetime and he united people.
There have always been comedians who swear and comedians who don't.
This video has a rather funny URL.
@3:45 Nancy's like been there, done that.
Comic genius
4:21 the Secret Service guy behind Reagan looks like Hugh Hefner!! And who's right behind Nancy and is that a Bush sitting to her right?
That's Howard Baker, then-Senate Majority Leader, sitting to Nancy's left. Later he was her husband's chief of staff. I think Barbara Bush is on her husband's right.

So you hated Tip O'Neil too?
What Year ???
Mrs. Reagan cracks up at poop jokes
Nice
You might not believe this but I have no idea where he is. We have never met but I’m sure he has a son if his wife had a boy.
He doesn’t even look very blue.
I miss ridiculous prop comedy.
3:43 hajha
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTY
Reagan tho

Glad to see Ronald Reagan laughing so many times, otherwise I might have missed funny moments
🤣🤣

1991... And I loved every second of it. 🤷♀️😁
Ya but, you have good taste so you don't count.
To bad that the Republicans spoil the show. And Regan didn't help either!
R W Sax and StaticEnhance why don't both of you google the greatest U. S. president and maybe you will learn how to spell his last name.
He’s literally just watching and laughing wtf
