every one wants to play duelists and the last role to be taken is controller most of the time but yet they keep nerfing the vipers and what not. I think they should keep buffing them until we she no duelists in pro play. then we know for sure that controllers are busted.
So, a little clarity on mistake 4, it's not actually necessary to understand the timing it take's for a viper molly to land. Rather, you just need to know there are two types of post plant lineups: reactable and non-reactable. A reactable molly means you can simply throw the molly once there is a certain cue (typically the spike defuse sound) AND it'll land fast enough that they can't full defuse (an example of this Ascent, where Viper can throw a molly from A Lobby to Double Box), while a non-reactable molly relies on you having to use context clues for when to throw it (for example, a team mate dies on site and the enemy has gained control of site). For both of these, all you need to remember is count to 5.5 seconds after you throw your first molly (NOT after your first molly lands, again, when you THROW your first molly) and the molly timings will perfectly cover the spike for the full duration. Also, post plant mollies are cool, but please don't always leave your team on site to play for lineups
Biggest mistake what viper players do is forcing lineups every fcken time and not playing off teammates they runback and wait for spike thick, i mean yeah if ur teammates can buy enough time for ur lineups for the last 15sec its fine but is it fine? Sometimes its more benefitial to play with teammates on site instead of running back waiting for the right time to use ur line up, bcoz if there w em u can moly a chocke point or help trade someone so u can save more weapons as u being an active member in the bomb defending phase instead of they fighting without u, and its more benefitial in a head to head match better for the economy and ita better for team atmosphere its very tilting when u die everyround and ur viper is just playing off line ups
@@dxtr the breeze defense ults on both sides or offense ult on A site ; offense ult on icebox B site : facture A site defense ult( now you explained so all good) are basically the ults i feel difficulty in holding

bro its so hard to find good viper lineups, or at least content that is easy to understand and learn from. this was so needed :')
I think it is 10 seconds for both smokes to be up no? I could be wrong but I do remember a patch changing that from double consumption to 1.5x
