You can see the output waveform on CRO by connecting pin No 6. Input to Opamp is pin no 2, here Opamp works as an inverting amplifier, pin no 3 already connected to ground.
47k pot is used to adjust the gain of this circuit. Basically RC phase shift oscillators' attenuation is 1/29 so the gain of amplifier circuit should be more than 29, you can replace 47k pot with 10k only if the amplifier circuit is capable of providing a gain of 29 with your new circuit variables.
