Why are there so many people commenting his English? How good the person is as a manager is more than his command of English, isn't it?
He could be a great leader- empathetic, consultative, analytic, having amazing work ethic etc.
Some people are just jealous of what this fellow is doing.

Dunno why the comments section so harsh on this guy. His expertise is in food, marketing, consumer preferences etc. Not politician or businessman or salesman. Calm your tits down jokers, and cut him some slack. Fine he cocked up the pronunciation of Ikea but overall he did a pretty decent run-thru here.

I'm Swedish and this does look really good! Do have to say though that the Falukorv is quite a bit off. While Falukorv does come in rings like seen in the video, the real Falukorv is a lot thicker with a diameter of some 5-7cm range and it's usually served sliced and the slices are pan fried, alternatively the whole Falukorv is cooked in the oven after making some partial slices into it and stuffing the gaps with cheese and sometimes it's covered with mustard as well. Another way to serve it is by making Korv stroganoff where the Falukorv is sliced and then the slices are cut into smaller pieces (think short fries almost) and cooked in a rich, creamy sauce that is flavored with ketchup and has onion in it. Korv stroganoff is ideally served with rice (usually long grain, not the very fragant kinds like jasmin or basmati) or mashed potatoes.
Just pan fried slices of Falukorv goes well with creamy potatoes seasoned with parsley (basically small pieces of potatoes in a white sauce), some types of pasta, mashed potatoes or with fried eggs and fried chunks of leftover potatoes (the latter combination makes a good breakfast as well, but can be eaten anytime of the day)

Nowadays, many eateries don’t prepare food from scratch, they use food that are actually pre-cooked in their central kitchens or suppliers. These vacuum sealer plastic bags ( sous vide style) are use to keep them frozen and then supplied to all restaurants and eateries. Many F&B outlets use this method to thaw and defrost these prepared bags of sauces and food using hot water. They claim they are using food grade plastic sous vide style so it’s safe to eat. I saw with my own eyes some eateries even steam the whole packet of Siew Mai and prawn dumplings still intact in their plastic packaging. 🙄 I have reservations about eating food prepared this way and surely boycott them.

Wherever you are from, your English will be DIFFERENT than another person from you country, that does not mean their English is bad or worst. Think about it again, if his English IS BAD, then most likely, he speaks another language BETTER than you.

Tried IKEA meatballs. IMO it sucks. Just like western food in general. For someone who are accustomed to herbs and spices, the meatballs are very bland. Meatball themselves tasted fine but put everything together, they're pretty lackluster. They have something, a dollop of raspberry sauce(?) added which is akin to acar buah which is fine if you think of it that way but the gravy itself is already sweet so it became sickly sweet. Maybe iuf you're younger and/or dont care too much about sugar/diabetes then its fine.
The karipap / curry puff on the other hand is great. Big portion, definitely worth the money (if you buy in set).

Decent video but I think Aeson wasn't well prepared?
4:06 I THINK its a traditional swedish sausage - Really shouldn't be using THINK here when you're presenting the dishes. Makes you seem that you aren't knowledgeable about your own product
5:08 crunchy skin? Haven't tried it but I think you meant snappy/snap?

Having seen what was offered at IKEA HK, have to say the SG current offerings are boring. Even the famous chicken wings are no longer great. Hopefully your new menu will improve the offerings.

I'm not a fan of their food except for the smoked salmon appetiser and dill mustard sauce
