Making Cheese from Sheep

As the host for The Local Buy, Al Spoler visits Shepherds Manor Creamery in New Windsor, the only sheep dairy in Maryland. The creamy is operated by married couple Michael and Colleen Histon. Before visiting the cheese room, Al is shown how the sheep are cleaned and milked. Then Colleen starts the cheese making process which includes culturing the cheese, heating it, cutting the curd, and molding.
