- BAGNET or BAGNETIN is an Ilocos dish, which means to preserve. It is double deep-fried pork belly, it's crispy like chicharon. Best eaten with a dipping sauce. Perfect for pulutan or a main dish.

sobrang daming pagkain na pagpipilian talaga pagdating sa filipino cuisine nakaka miss sobra! di kagaya dito sa Korea walang variation laging replay ang pagkain nila sa mga company canteen o yung tinatawag na "sikdang" wala lang choice kundi kumaen or else manghihina ka sa work ng walang laman ang tyan. i don't mean to offend sa mga fanatic sa korean, nasabi ko lang to kasi 10yrs nakong ofw dito siguro kahit sa ibang makakabasa nito masasabi rin nila na yung opinion ko. makaka kaen kalang dito ng iba pagka nasa labas ka or namamasyal ka may mga western cuisine at mga fastfood chains. at pagka day off at may time magluto sa bahay.

I would place the spices and herbs on a cloth to avoid mixing them with the water, so you can use that rich stock for later on other dishes 😁.
