@@JB-sv5pr the ESPN clickbait machine is very WC biased -- it was embarrassing how much time they spent glazing the LA Losers & GSW all season long, and rarely discussed OKC, the Wolves, or even the 2023 champs (who were all playing better basketball). the TNT guys (EJ, Shaq, Kenny & the Chuckster) show some of these tendencies too, but with a bit more nuance. it's pretty sad how these alleged analysts constantly focus on BS that goes viral on social media, than the real stuff of bball. but what do us fans know, right??
i felt alot more nervous vs the pacers then i do the mavs,,, they have a lot more versatility and stretch men, the mavs have 2 guys and that's it,, the rest seem useless so far

Media were waiting for them to fail again this season. When it felt like it isn't happening, they went to the "easy path" or "weak east" narrative. When they lost 2 home games, they said, the west representative will be the champs. Then when they're on the brink, now they say its because Luka is going wild and Kyrie was struggling IGNORING the fact that they said the west was better. Now, its JB > JT. They try everything, and here are the C's not minding them and just doing 'What needs to be done, no matter how long it takes".
