  • In this video, we learn about two new words for time and how understanding time from a news lens, can profoundly alter how you engage with time.
    Hi, It's Anoah.
Focus has been my biggest Challenge and Fear. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid and ever since I’ve Doubted myself when it comes to Focus. That's why I'm committed to learning about Focus. Every Monday I share a video about how professionals in their field stay Focused. I’m making Focus the Center of my Life.
See you Monday and stay focused fam!

YO THAT IS THE SAME THOUGHT I HAD (about the teachers)! I had this thought when I was 10-11 about why teachers know everything written in the textbook and how they know better. Did they have to literally learn the book? I found that unreasonable I mean because what if a teacher isn't able to learn the things but is still able to explain a topic better than anyone else. I reasoned that since teachers don't go to the next grade like we do, they stay back and teach. And since this is repetitive, I reasoned they know better than any student that comes by since the students that get promoted to the next grade often tend to forget whatever is taught the previous grade just so they can 'remove some space from their head'.
'Take an exam between a student and their teacher. I bet the teacher scores full'
    - I liked to write quotes then so yeah here is it.

This was awesome! I want to do a similar thing with love but find what cultures other than the Greeks use to describe love because I only know them and the American context for the word
