I've wondered how these things were designed. Of all the videos about this siren, not a single one showed one apart. Would still be interesting to see a real one disassembled. It looks like they are made similar to the design of a vacuum cleaner motor.
Does the real Chrysler have multiple stages of supercharging like this, or did you modify the design to get the most performance out of it's small size? I'm interested in modeling one if I can get enough info on how it works and looks inside. Never really studied these things.
Yes the original Chrysler siren used a multistage centrifugal blower, specifically 3 stages on the final generation, which this is modeled after, the earlier generations however were only 2 stage and had the twisty and turny exposed air plenums. The earlier ones also used a 4 cylinder engine rather than the v8
