I used to have this workout recorded from TV on VHS! The US aired reruns of this in the early 90s, so my family used to record it from TV during the day and we'd do the workouts after work/school. I was just a kid but I loved it! I still go back to this sometimes when I need a quick workout. These leg lifts are still killer X_X
Thanks for uploading these videos! I did these back in the '80s and now that I'm retired was looking for these videos to workout with! I love the old school exercise videos!
The "clapping" of the hands while in the "high" intensity portion of the work out was a great way by Arliane to make working out fun.. It also harkens' back to her days as a cheerleader for various CFL teams I would hazard to guess.. Needless to say.. I still recall trying to do these exercises as a kid (and not really paying attention) and into my teens and actually being in pretty good shape because of the 20 minute workout... Really was a fun way to burn off some excess calories...

although i use to work out to them all. Bess was the best to me. she talksing you through the workout. lol and she still looks GREAT.
I remember this being like a big deal back then i was 11 years old lol it was in 1983 cause i had moved and would go back to town to stay over at my friends house and we would watch it lol.
