edit: apparently it ends with Shadow getting an amnesia from Amy's hammer and getting convinced by Sonic to go after Shadina. And then he gets hit by Shadina, which makes him remember everything again, but then Sonic kicks him in the balls for trying to get revenge on Amy. KARMA

Amy would still be able to defeat her, if she uses the power of the chaos emeralds to go super. I guess it's much easier for Amy to get into her Super form, because she's determined and has the ability to focus her strength to create a powerful momentum, especially in order to get Sonic.
