You’ve done so much work - I don’t understand inside couches dumped outdoors (dirt, bugs, rodents) and there’s 2 at this place. The carpet has been there a long time. Bless you for tackling this job 😊
Come on everyone who is watching this premiere, go ahead and hit the like button, and subscribe! Ryan unfailingly provides incredible landscaping and cleanups of severely neglected and overgrown yards. His work ethic and attention to detail is second to none. I don’t understand why his subscription numbers are so low despite his hard work, and it is so easy for us to help him out by increasing his numbers. This is a free job and he is able to do it through subscriptions. Let’s help him out and reward him for the viewing entertainment he provides us. Great work, Ryan! ❤️🇨🇦
Thanks Rita. Sincerely appreciate that. I'm happy with how things are going though, channel is growing, and I am getting a lot out of this. If it grows to be a large success that would be wonderful but if it doesn't and just continues at this pace...well that's as equally wonderful 😊
I get the feeling broken neck or not the place would still look like this. After all of your time and effort I hope it will be kept in reasonable condition. I always can count on a good video from you.
Great work again Ryan. I really appreciate how you show the finer details of the work that goes into bringing these properties back to their former glory. Ivy can be a nightmare and strangle everything. It was great you got rid of it. I'm looking forward to watching more videos of this property.
@@earthtrimgardens2249 And mine. I try to help my elderly mother with her half acre of gardens and home. Its our family home and I was born there. Ivy is the bane of my existence too. That and many other obnoxious weeds that can grow like no other plants. Ahh the joys of gardening. Lol
Ryan sounds like aviaries near by so the hole is Rats or Mice my bet with nice warm bedding to use lol. But where there are rodent snakes could be there too
Omg that hole was definitely creepy 😵💫. I couldn’t believe that grass had started growing on the porch! You got it done just in time for the rain to water everything down nice and clean. Nice work Ryan 🙌🙌🙌💯💚💚💚.
I do not think this was a garden you could talk about in glowing terms even before accident, saw a teenager ride on his bike, maybe he could help. I bet not, you do great work Ryan as always..
Great work Ryan as usual. Looking forward to the next video. I hope his "broken neck" will be healed enough that once his garden is completed that he maintains it properly!! Keep on keeping on 😊
I've had major neck surgery and a whiplash. The neck is tricky. I can do anything, but if I do , I will lie awake all night in pain. The dude is right to not mess himself up worse. Sometimes a broken neck leaves a person severely disabled, even quadraplegic. Nice video!
Go to the hardware store and purchase a large bag of crushed concrete and open bag and pour down into hole! Do not fill to top! Leave about 3 to 4 inches and fill with dirt to surface! Underground moisture will join with rock and become solid slowly
Ryan, You leave your projects looking very nice when you're done with them! You don't run on and on yet have a very soothing voice and are easy to listen to! Keep up the good work! Montana, USA
Awesome job so far, Ryan, and I wouldn’t think of you doing anything less. As far as Pennywise’s hole, I would have crammed it full of the lawn debris but glad you covered it for now. Looking forward to the next video!
Awesome work Ryan. The work you've completed is restoring the beauty of this property. The hole in the ground and the carpet were odd to find. Glad you decided to cover the hole and carry on, but it still is a mystery. Excellent job! I am looking forward to your next video.
I have enjoyed watching your videos for some time now; and learned from you: It is OK just to do what one can; even if it is just a small space or spot--I am nearing 80 yrs of age and enjoy garden work-but felt discouraged by either hurting to much or running out of energy; (gone are the youthful years when I could work all day)--I am now happy to keep working away as much as I can on good days ad I always get lots of compliments how lovely the garden looks/ thanks to my husband who moves and does all the heavy liftig for me.
I have seen both parts. Hopefully you will post more videos of this property. The tree branches, hedges and bushes should be removed permanently. One thing, it would have been helpful if their road community realised what the owner went through. And perhaps, you will guide them to clear everything from his yard.
Another great cleanup. Always wondered if the people you do this for keep it that way. Do ever just drive by and check? I sure hope so after all your hard work. Looks good.
I think what you do is great. I also think everyone that watches you thinks you are a good caring person that likes to do what you can. It might go over better to people if you stop giving excuses for people that absolutely do not care what their yard or environment looks like. All that matters is you care and want to try and make things better. You will be rewarded in heaven.
Yeah, best to not hack back that dionella (on the right), itll bounce back fine. The aggapanthus (and its bubs up top) could be planted around that spot under the landing to fill in too ;)
He better pay you good for that mess, i saw a young person carrying a bike upstairs , why hasent he vcut and cleaned the yard! I am sorry but you were taked advantage of. Good work on your part....😊
A long time ago I was cutting the grass at the place my mother and I were renting and I stepped in, and sunk a little, in a hole. Freaked me the hell out. It turned out to be an old cistern or something. I pulled the grass back a little and it was filled with water and a dead squirrel. Took the landlord forever to fill it up--which basically consisted of cinder blocks and a piece of plywood on top 😅.
The kid on the bike needs a parental kick in the pants. My sisters and I would have been doing all of this work as teenagers-without power tools, except for a lawn mower.
Looks much better ,I wouldn’t worry about cutting back grasses or else as long as you don’t take it out by the roots it’ll grow back and it’ll probably go back twice as big.😊

I didn’t break my neck but a did have two cervical surgeries. After the surgery I wasn’t allowed to bend or twist my neck and I wasn’t supposed to lift more five pounds. That’s in imperial measurement.

You found a driveway wow that yard really needed your help. Great job. thanks.

Ah yes most likely rodents you're right.
Yes
Your right.some people just don't care about gardening.Its a shame isn't it.😢
Man, when the camera focuses on the old carpet rolled up and buried in the ground, I was scared there was a dead body inside😁😅
Oh my! Thank goodness it wasn't 😅
I like your rake weeding method :)
Thanks! 🙂

I was wondering if it was some kind of built-in planter 😂
There were native grasses and agapanthas growing up there 😅
Ryan your work and work ethic is amazing!! What you got done today looks great!!

Exactly! It's not so much that he CAN'T do some of this work. I hope you are looking after yourself.
Glad to see you are raking up the yard and not mowing over it like on some channels.

Hi good morning what kind of rake is that it cutting grass as you rake
It's just a standard metal rake. I think the brand name is cyclone.
I didn’t break my neck but a did have two cervical surgeries. After the surgery I wasn’t allowed to bend or twist my neck and I wasn’t supposed to lift more five pounds. That’s in imperial measurement.
Hey Ryan have you thought of getting yourself some clothing with your logo on ?
Who knows what could be down the hole, rats?
It has crossed my mind, one of those things I want to get to but always forget.
My goodness, this one was a challenge
Where is Part3? Maybe not done it. Look forward to it! 😀
Part 3 coming this weekend 😀
What are sock guards?
They go over my socks and boots to prevent and dirt and grass from getting in there. Makes it a nightmare to clean the socks otherwise.

Sure. The brand is Bush Ranger.
