  • The Great Legend R D Burman passed away on 4th January 1994.
In his entire career, he had composed songs for only one Marathi movie - "Sukhi Sansarachi 12 Sutre".
This film was released in January 1995.
This movie consisted of 5 songs, plus an introduction by Asha Bhosle.
I have uploaded the introduction on this channel before. Now uploading all the 5 songs in sequence.
Truly an invaluable treasure for RDent Fans.
This song, "Ruun Jhun Jhun Aik Na" has the same tune as "Gumsum Kyu Hai Sanam" from "Kasme Vaade".

This song cane to mind out of nowhere and i immediately searched for it. Have been in love with this song for years. If I remember correctly then it stars Bhavana balsar and Pradip Patwardhan and I guess the movie was sukhi sansarachi 12 sutre. Khupach Chan gana ❤️
p.s. it was inspired by the song Gumsum kyo hai sanam by Ashaji and RD.

    गुमसुम क्यों...........हे गीत "भला मानस" चित्रपटात घेतले आहे.
    कस्मे वादेसाठी रेकाॅर्ड केले होते,पण त्यात घेतले नाही.
