Congrats girl I had mine on july of this year, what helps with the nausea is a heating pad sounds weird put it on ur back it helps also drink lots of water lots because you can get super dehydrated . If you think ur prenatals are what's the causes then take them at night that's what I had to do. Also congrats it will go by fast

We have nice thai market here where I live and they sell enoki mushrooms so I'm going there and ask if they have oyster mushrooms too. They have small baby eggplants and all the good stuff you eat in your videos. I hope I can taste durian some day! :)
