The song at the end isn't just a clip summary, it's Karl's only bucket list item of his own coming true lol. He said he wished he could have sung a Chas & Dave song at the karaoke. That last scene was Karl getting to actually record a song with Chas & Dave themselves. The song is a rework of their song "Ain't No Pleasing You" changed to be about Ricky. Fun fact: Ain't No Pleasing You is a song that Karl would sing to Suzanne so for him to be able to sing it with the guys themselves must have been a pretty cool moment for him.
I remember Karl saying that he wanted to do the karaoke, but I was aware that's what the song was lol

Surgery went as well as it could :) It's the recovery that's the pain lol... I kinda cheated... I had videos scheduled out for the days I was in the hospital :)
