@@ayngelina if you like cracker/kerupuk.. You can try kerupuk talas/talas cracker.. Kerupuk talas option is spicy and not spicy.. Or you can visit Rendang Gadih Payakumbuh.. Already well known as packing rendang seasoning
This is the city where I live, rarely outsiders visit this city, usually outsiders prefer to visit the city of Bukittinggi Continue to promote this culinary city to people from abroad so that they know that this city is very suitable for culinary lovers
I do love Bukittinggi but I think this is why it’s so important for tourists in West Sumatra to have a guide because it’s not easy to travel independently. Even a year and a half later whenever we eat martabak and it’s good I tell them it’s not as good as Payakumbu!
If you like west sumatran curry (gulai) and are in payakumbuh you might wanna try some pongek situjuah. I guess the best way to describe it is a thicker gulai. There is a restaurant on the outskirt of payakumbuh in the main road to bukittinggi with said name (in front of a gas station). Watching your videos makes me want to go pulang kampung just to buy all the food…
Hello, loving your food tour of Indonesia. So the last thing you ate the charcoal satay, what do they do with the unused one thay bring that you don't eat 🤔?
It's hard for me to explain because I have limited English. The point is this drink is very good. Try asking the people there, they will know. I can't find your Instagram.
Yes, martabak telur in Jakarta mostly have crispier skin. The martabak you ate is called martabak telur mesir, we have it here too. It’s just different kind of martabak. Try the martabak telur that usually have the same place with martabak manis. If you like crispy skin, you probably like it.
