On the part drawings the dimensions are placed automatically! SolidSteel parametric does not use the „auto dimension“ tool of SOLIDWORKS - the software placed just the dimensions you really need for manufacturing.

What about welds and weld mapping?
Its planned for future versions. Today you need to use the standard SOLIDWORKS functions for that.
