Did an interview recently. 100% aced the assessment and added some special advanced personal tidbits as a bonus to show my skillset. Next thing you know whole process is canceled and received feedback from the devs that I am not skilled enough. Strong gut feeling is telling me they saw my worth & felt threatened I could do better than them in the long term. I can't help but feel that they will take my snippet and use it as there own to help secure their job. Note to self don't reveal all your cards to early, I should of just gave them the bare minimum they were looking for.
Thanks for sharing! Hard to say what really happened there behind the scenes, but from everything I've heard about these people you dodged a bullet. Best not to dwell on it now. I agree--no reason to let these take-home assignments take up any more of your time than necessary
Wow, I just had an interview with Consensys last week. I get the vibe the company is a mess and there's no accountability. That being said, these reviews seem to be slanted to those of angry women.
Yea there's a bias in the chose reviews, probably a lot of frustration due to the multiple layoffs. You might be OK, it all depends on the team. Just negotiate hard at the offer stage, those boys are sitting on a mountain of ETH

Your idea is great, your content is nice, You just need nice thumbnails. thumbnails are the most important thing. Try putting one of the worst reviews on the thumbnail.

Making money in tech??? Outdated concept :) OK, I think they mostly make money through B2B professional services: consensys.net/professional-services/
It seems they have erased all of these comments can't find them on glassdoor.
I still see these reviews, you have to sort by "Lowest Rating" and remove the geo-filter:
