Thanks Dr. great demo, i just got my FM3 turbo. I've been using the helix since 2015. and this unit is a different animal. i gig 2 to 3 times a week and need to adjust on the fly. and this is the first video I've found that explains it perfectly.
Im sure you will be up and running in no time. I have not had the chance but you can assign a tap and hold function per footswitch so you can double up on the amount of scenes you can access without having to go to another view. For instance, I would have scenes 1 and 2 be on footswitch 1, Scenes 3 and 4 on footswitch 2 and then my tap tempo and tuner on Footswtich 3. I understand cover bands may require a little more variation but for the most part a good clean tone, rhythm tone and lead tone is all most people really need.

I mainly play through Studio Monitors but if you want to be mobile then an FRFR would be a good choice.

Is too complicated without the editor
I would say the Editor is more convenient but the UI is not complicated once you learn some basic concepts. Obviously a touch screen is the most intuitive.
