I am actually crossing my fingers for the next big update for Dreamlight Valley!!! I am gonna guess that with the Desert Biome, we will also welcome Jasmine and Aladdin into the valley. After all, we did see Jafar’s shadow at the end of Act 1. So maybe Jafar might be the main villain that we’ll have to defeat. But that last part is just my guess.
That would be the besssssssst new characters ev!!!!!!!! But genie has to be added! I love him so much!!!!
I hope you can get Abu or Rajah as a companion
I want old disney characters, like Alice, Peter, Snow White, Aurora, cinderella, maybe even have the mice be a companion
I see Cinderella and Prince Charming rocking up in DDV within the next two to three major updates. There's just something about a big fricking pumpkin suddenly appearing one day that has an air of their immanent arrival (not the one that ended up being the Fairy Godmother's home, the one that cropped up nearby).
@gaiapurpure ? I have never seen the pumpkin. Are you talking about the one in the forgotten lands? That is the one fairy godmother planted foe us and turn it into the carriage
@@pickles00100 That's the one, but I haven't quite gotten that far. I stepped away from DDV for a while, so I have a bit of catching up to do, including levelling up a few characters. **Grumbles under breath about Gothel and Scar**
@gaiapurpure I KNOW RIGHT!? I hate their missions. I had such a trouble with finding so many rich soils, waiting in real time for their stuff to grow and I hated it. I also hated finding the here and now fish for Nala
@@pickles00100 Update: found the sunstone fragments for Gothel, leveled up Scar to Level 10, played through the Dark Castle/Forgotten sequence. In other words, getting there. (That Here And There Fish is unsettling, isn't it?)
I’m thinking the door in the dazzle beach cave will lead to Atlantis or something Atlantis themed. Either that or something to do with the Ancient Civilisation of Dreamlight Valley. I’m thinking more of the latter tbh but🤷🏼♂️ Really excited for what’s to come!
I think we are getting close to the ancient civilization because of Belle's friendships quest hinting about it. I think she will play a part in it.
Aladdin is one of my favorite animated Disney movies! We know Jafar is coming for sure, and I'm certain that Aladdin, Jasmine, and Genie are coming as well. I also think having Abu as an Animal Companion would be awesome!

I'm not certain how a true multi-player mode would work other than just visiting another player, watering crops, etc., unless there are some big game modes/interaction updates as well. But who knows what has been cooking over at Gameloft, a deep multi-player mode could have been in the works this entire year without us knowing.
I'm still wracking my brain as what a new tool could be. A net, makes sense, though a bit underwhelming in my opinion, but again, who knows? Firefly jars would look great.
Ever since they fixed Scrooge's shop to make rarer items easier to get and removed furniture bag exclusives, I now have nearly every item in the game. Now it is all about decorating my world, I just wish I was better at it. I need more creativity.
I think the building also needs to be tweaked. I would really like to place things diagonally, or even place chairs closer to tables and have them still be functional! Being able to "lock" customized items so editing one doesn't edit them all would also be lovely and would make my decorating a whole lot easier!
A new biome is what I am mostly excited about. Each time we get a new character, I have to redecorate parts of my valley, that I am already really happy with, and change it. Fitting the beasts castle into the forest took me so long. I love the forest and what I have done with it, but didn't want them anywhere else, so I had to change some of it. Maybe that's what they want you to do, so you are using saved resources and always creating.
I love your isnight videos like this, it's always interesting to hear what others think and are curious about. There is a section in the glade of trust, right at the back corner, where it looks like, it could be a new addition soon. Either, a gateway to a new biome, an extension on the glades etc, who knows? But i often wonder what they will do here, and I remember when we did the quest way back with Minnie, and you had to go through a portal, it reminded me of that for some reason. There is so much to look forward to with this game, and I am excited for all future updates, star paths, new content and seeing more of this magical land.

Honestly don't know how most of you decorate with such commitment. The game's still in early access and we only have a tiny fraction of what it entails. I'd hate spending hundreds of hours coming up with finalized designs knowing without a doubt I'm gonna have to move them around when new stuff drops; it's why I decorate so minimally and leave so much open for the future.
Hi Raya. That makes sense, and you are right, about knowing that we will have to change it all when a new house or furniture drops. It gets frustrating, so aye, think I need to just go with what I have just now. I have been more relaxed about certain areas, and not decorated much.

I really hope sometime in the future we get Peter Pan, because that’s what I expected when I saw skull rock! I’m actually excited to see what the new royal tool will be

We have one lead character from each movie, so I would like the other one.
Skull Rock has to lead us to either Captain Hook or Peter Pan. Maybe Peter would get a realm too with Wendy
I feel like a desert biome makes the most sense. Since Jafar is all but confirmed for the next story update, the setting (as well as a possible Cave of Wonder interior area?) would make the most sense. Maybe right behind where Scar's house is originally placed/the Shadowlands. Gameplay wise, the only place to get sand is the beach, while most other resources have multiple spawn areas. I've seen other people mention an Atlantis themed area, and while I would like to see that as well, I expect the actual frontier to be a desert or something similar. I have NO idea what the new tool could be, unless it ties directly to the new biome.
I am hoping for a Neverland biome so we can learn to fly . We have wings .
I think the entrance to atlantis will be in the Glade at the pond that has the massive atlantean stones. They kinda look like an entrance to something big. I think that there's a real possibility that Jafar is already in the forgetting's alternate realm. After all, only the plaza is open there so far.
As much as I want this I can not find a better place for Ursula 😂
I guess the cave in the beach could be a portal to Atlantis or something related.
Skull Rock could be a hideout, since the Forgotten said it was a place he/she visited often in the past. Maybe has something to do with Peter Pan...?
And about Aladdin, my lucky guess is that it has something to do with the wishes. The Forgotten is coming back to the valley, but it feels it has no purpose.
Maybe it want to make a wish, but is Jaffar who appears, and we need to deal with a "bad wish" situation. Who knows?
I still wish they would talk more about unlimited storage space for customizing clothes

I got this game when it launched , I played for a day and never touched it again. I have no idea why, but 3 days ago I started playing it and fell in love with it! There's so much to do! I hope multiplayer comes soon so I can make some friends to invite to my village XD

I could see them dropping a Vanellope style mini-Update around Halloween so they can nudge the big update and next Starpath closer to December and the Holiday season.
As for the new Royal Tool, I have the feeling it's the Hourglass on the roadmap. Other than speeding up your gardening, what other kind of functionality could something like that do?
We already have an elixir for that exact purpose so that wouldn't make sense; if they released a tool to do something we can already do and just rendered the polish completely useless I doubt it'd go over very well lol. I don't know if the hourglass is the new tool but I couldn't see it doing anything than time-cheating, which these games are usually against.
@@raylikesgames Yeah, all the Royal Tools except for the Cameraphone are used to help clear obstacles/collect items so the new Tool is probably for an obstacle/item not yet introduced.
I've recently heard a couple RUclipsrs suggest the Hourglass could be a timepiece for accessing the Ancient Civilization (Atlantis?) biome.
Excited for these updates.
I hope also as they're doing this they add more and better clothes from all the movies or just give us everything to customize the clothes Scrooge's shop is cool but I really want some more wallpaper and flooring items
Given the appearance of Skull Rock, Jafar's shadow, and the various Atlantis-like scenery in the game, will they ever add Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, Wendy Darling, Captain Hook, Aladdin, Jasmine, Abu, Genie, Jafar, Iago, Milo, and Kida in the game? Will Kida's status as a Queen ever be acknowledged in this game?

While we're on the subject, can we petition for Anna's coronation dress to make an appearance, or would that be too spoilery for some players? Elsa's in her outfit from the end of Frozen 2 in DDV; why not Anna?
@@gaiapurpure Anna was shown in her coronation dress in both Disney Magic Kingdoms and Disney Sorcerer's Arena. Meanwhile, Kida in both Disney Heroes: Battle Mode and Disney Sorcerer's Arena, was still shown in her usual bikini and sarong, and she doesn't even have the additional tattoos on her face to indicate that she is now already a Queen! (Milo in those same games still wears his tank top and doesn't even have the tattoo on his left shoulder to indicate that he is now already a King) What does this say about the potential future appearances of Milo and Kida in either Disney Magic Kingdoms and/or Disney Dreamlight Valley? Is Kida becoming a Queen also considered a spoiler as well? (as well as Rourke and Helga being the villains and the former killing King Kashekim via a fatal blunt injury leading to internal bleeding before Kida even gets crystallized due to Rourke intentionally threatening the Heart of Atlantis Crystal,. Go on, guess what happens to Kida after Kashekim dies and Kida is turned back into a human, thus being spared the same fate as her late mother, the former Queen in the prologue)
I am hoping for (as a "old gen" console player) that they have make sure that we can get more item limit in this game or else it really won't matter having more character and upcoming biomes in the game :/ I understand that they want to make sure the game won't bug and all of that but I don't believe that a console as PS4 can't get it because if other gamemakers can make Hogwarts Legacy work so would they could with DDLV
We definitely new biomes I have no idea where to place all of my other big houses unless they give us more places to decorate than the ones we already have decorated
I can’t wait for the new biomes and for Aladdin! It was the first movie I ever saw in the theater, so the movie, world and characters all have a special place in my heart.

I learned recently that Skull Rock is from Peter Pan
I don't think it'd be too much to ask to add all the rest of the characters cuz it's Disney we're talking about all characters should have been involved in the game in the beginning but I do like the idea of working towards something in the game and I'm glad they're extending the storyline that way it doesn't feel like there's nothing to do once you finish the forgetting story

Curious to see what the royal tool will be.
As a fan of the Magical World series, I'd love to see us getting a wand and getting to hunt some ghosties. Though I don't think it'll be happening, as combat doesn't really fit into the game's theme.

I wonder when they'll add characters from the Lion Guard and Kion's Guard series, it's my favorite show. They'll also add Jagraks from Elena of Avalor.
Can't wait for multi player whole reason why I wanted this game play and hangout with friends visit friends hopefully they add a trading system and you can trade people items for quests

Needs more to do everyday. More with with fruit and stuff u collect. The problem with these games is you run out of stuff to keep coming back everyday. Bake pies sell them in a new shop, just one idea. Moonstone to high needs cheaper and also an option should of been to make money in the game to buy with money u make in game with a balance on pricing and money. More cool stuff with clothes and hair and more to collect and more valley, like buying more island by going out into the ocean maybe. Lots to do with friends , like games and fun items, like bubble guns that you shoot friends and they float for a few seconds and you could buy colored canisters and more when run out. You could play games and slow someone down. Thats just one idea. Deeper quest and more to to in biomes. More to do with characters. This games could be a game changer in its genre and keep players playing and from getting bored!
There are still a lot of updates to come, and I am hoping that multiplayer helps with this as well. Something to keep you coming back for sure.
I really want some villagers with house that are in the air so they get out of my way I also want those tiny floating island things I want to be able to decorate them and lastly I want Rapunzel so bad

I can't wait for the new update. It might be my last time buying more moonstone. Can't spend over $100 for one same game. It's ridiculous. We need 2 or more Biome, no more space for the decor.

I'm sure you will, you just wont be able to interact with other players. Right now if you aren't connected to the internet you can't participate in dreamsnaps or collect daily moonstones or purchase moonstones
If dreamsnaps is what they had planned for the game my interest in this game will completely drop off. Stardew valley honestly set the bar for how to include multiplayer in these types of games.
idc what anyone says, but dreamsnaps, to me, is not multiplayer.
I'd love to see Aladdin, Jasmine, and Genie come to the Valley, but I don't care about Jafar.
But some more characters I'm hoping to see come to the Valley are Luisa and Isabela Madrigal, along with Mei Lee, Miriam Mendelsohn, Priya Mangal, Abby Park, and maybe Tyler Nguyen-Baker.

Just started playing the game two weeks ago , A little slow cause I have been somewhat busy. I currently unlocked the forest of valor and just found donald! Does anyone have any tips or tricks to maybe progress a little faster ?
I think Farming a lot in the beginning is key! And having your characters hanging out with you at all times will help them level faster!
