I married a Russian man and his whole family is absolutely infuriated by whats going on. His mother recently sent clothes and toys to Ukraine for the children who are now lost and without families. Wasn’t able to see my father for 1 1/2 years..finally got to fly over and see him last year on spring break and stayed for the whole week..I’d never realized how long I’d been away from him and how much I missed him until it was time to leave, until reasons of the recent I will not disclose I’ve never cried harder than when I had to say goodbye to board the plane back home. The war in my dad’s country is horrible. When people start to joke about it or underestimate the war, I give them the look. Seeing another family separated breaks my heart.

Russian guy here. Tears in my eyes after this video. We have all lost loved ones and it is terrible. I have many friends from Ukraine, two of them died during the bombing. One man from Russia, whom I knew well, was forced to go to war against his will and died there.
