As a dog trainer, the most difficult thing I have to train students to do is to let their inner child out! Yay for you who are not afraid to do this and think outside the box! Love your videos.
very creative..i can see your love for these amazing creatures...in this times of craziness..the best therapy. many people spending money in psychiatrist and crazy drugs...this is the best medicine for your soul and spirit..Thank you gurl..you ROCK!!!
In the second half he’s like... hey you can expend your energy and I will just stand here and watch you because I’ve had enough running around. I love watching you work with your mustangs. Love and hugs from Scotland xo
I could already tell this will bring me such enjoyment by the thumbnail! Love the taekwondo moves haha... i can tell this big guy will be great once hes gentled
Good job....I think a good horse trainer should be able to be creative and adapt to each horse they work with. Each horse wild or not has a distinct personality and disposition. So being able to "read" those differences is very important. Can mean ending up with a well trained trusting horse or a mess!
(The session is over and Camille leaves the ring.... Brutus goes to his favorite corner, shakes his head and says to himself... “Weeeeelllll...... THAT was different....”) LOL.. He definitely was thinking about it all... you could see the wheels in his mind working..
So, what happens when you want to move your horse away from something potentially dangerous, or to help other people or animals, and he doesn't respond to your movements, but just stands there, as if to say 'I'm not scared!'?
have I understood correctly that we need to teach the horse which movement that are "commands" and which ones that are not (which I guess is a challenge to many people as well, since we probably intuitively wave our arms more if we don't get a first reaction, but then we teach the horse that means something unintentionally)? (Love to see your work and progress by the way!)
Odd as it seems, I think this kind of thing is good for horses. One of the things I've noticed is that kids (who can hang on pretty well when a horse acts up), can gentle a horse to be less reactive when playing on their horses by being loud and playful with all of their jumping around, crawling on and off, singing and laughing while riding in groups. It's a different variety off ground work but useful nonetheless. Good job.
I’m no expert on horses but could it be a possibility that he can’t see you through his left eye and that’s why he wants to turn his head and be able to see you with his right eye? I mean we know they have the ears also. But he probably stills wants to have a form of being able to see you instead of only heat you. I have been watching all your videos and have been learning from you so much. You are super awesome! Wish I had that confident around horses to one day be able to train wild mustangs. I’m starter in horses on any way but since I found your channel it has been amazing. Always looking forward to seeing a new video.
Anna Pevi usually horses tend to have a side they prefer and are more comfortable with. My mustang preferred his left and when working with him he’d always try to turn to show me his left side until we got comfortable with his right side
He would need a pen next to a path where there are families, mounainbikers, dog walkers, picknickers etc. The place where he stays now is too sheltered.
One thing at a time... And no offense people are stupid and can be terrible to horses. They let their stupid brats go pet the horsies.. seen bitten hands more than I can count from that when I was a kid myself. So nope... I wouldn’t even let a well mannered horse in a pen next to strange stupid people.. :/ you are an idiot

He's a beautiful mover and smart. He's worth the effort for sure.
In the second half he's like, "human, you're weird...but maybe that's OK".

This was hilarious and great all at the same time! Love watching you work with Brutus

👍🏻👍🏻. Patience is a virtue!
Enjoyed this very much.
I really did enjoy this video. I’m gonna try this with my horse.
Just how big is Brutis? The crazier the human, the more solid the horse. :)
I loved this! Thanks for posting ❤
Baby steps ... definitely going in the right direction.
Love you Camille!!
Glad your doing this video, cause I'm only brave enough to do it in private! Lol . Your doing a great job!
Elisa Wallace does dancing and stuff with her wild mustangs
It's the mustang whisperer way 😂
Haha yes! This is why they say kids are the greatest desensitizers! Here is a good example: ruclips.net/video/L0nXldtr9_A/видео.html
Nice job Camille, he might make a nice dressage horse😍

Well the persistent payed off big time. Well done. I bet you did more of a workout there than going to the gym. 👌🧡❤🧡
Your so silly jumping around. Put a smile on my face.
Great video

He reminds me of tuxedo in some ways. I already know that he’s going to be an excellent horse for anyone who ends up getting him
He reminds me of Tuxedo too. She was snorty like him but 10x worse
Camille's Mustangs Yeah definitely. You really do wonders for these horses.
This is amazing! Hahah what a great way to get your daily work out! I’d trade my city life for this any day 🤣
You're awesome!! Be very careful. You are fearless 💪👍💪
Omg he acts just like my boarder's horse 🐴 he snorts at everything and he drools a lot too. I wonder if the 2 go hand in hand?lol
When they get scared or nervous they forget to swallow. Had a blm gelding that was bad about this.
@@debbieblohm3367 oh wow. Thank you for replying to me. That makes a lot of sense
U r awesome love your creative methods!
Ever find that brush?
Love this!! 🤩😂
I’m gonna do this with my mustang tomorrow, I’m on day 2 and she is extremely skittish
Brutus and Camille! How are ya doing today? Have you got the halter on yet?
Loved this video. Which of the mustangs you have trained were the most skittish?
Tuxedo by far

So entertaining thank you lol you don’t look like an idiot btw 🙂
Brutus is calming down and dialing in? Will you be adopting him out when finished training?
So silly your making me laugh. Getting a good workout. Lol
Lol!
That's was a funny training session, let's hope he doesn't start to replicate taekwondo moves too.. hahaha :D
😂 the things we do to desensitize horses
I like your approach. You must have been tired after all of that.
Best workout video I’ve ever done!!

Awesome desensitizing!! I do this all the time.

Slostixrelia thank you for that information! I had no idea but just by watching videos I have learn so much.
I appreciate your reply ☺️
Clover can make horses drool. Like water.
💚💚💚
Just a question...are you an only child? You make me Laugh, and you give me some very well needed ideas!
I believe she has a little sister, she was in julius' latest video
I have three siblings :)
Ballet dance! Cheerleading!
Try peroxide on the owie.
Lol one good thing about it is your burning calories in the process
Is it possible that he might be partially Blind on that side?
Most horses have a side they are more comfortable with you on. Mustangs especially
What happened to Rocky?
He’s enjoying some time off before he gets started under saddle :)
If a person was in the pen with you, they'd be scared too!
Il doit se dire "elle est drôle mais qu est ce qu elle est bruyante" 😁
I wonder if he has compromised eyesight in his left eye.
brilliant!! haha
All of the internet wubs you!!
First!
Too many commercials...sorry, I had to give up watching...
Only three played out of the 10 commercials! :p if you skip to the middle and go back!
The ads help support my mustangs. Sorry you couldn’t tolerate them
