Thanks for the video! I ordered the parts you gave in the responses and I was able to change all my speakers almost as easy as you! Thanks again for the video! Buck
So.... I bought those same yellow speakers (Pyle PLG64) or so I think I did. I put them in a '95. Word of caution, the window mechanism rubs against the back of the speakers ever so slightly, the window still has full range of motion, but it pushes the inner door panel inward as the window gets about 7/8 of the way down. Maybe pyle had some production variance, maybe I got the wrong speakers, but you all should know. Buy a 1/4" speaker spacer ring when using these Pyle's. Great video buddy; it helped me! Updated: so... 1/2" spacers are too thick and the door panel doesn't fit anymore, if you can find a thinner one, that might work best. I removed some of the plastic inside the door panel to attempt to make more room, still don't fit. Just trying to help. You may want to use other speakers that aren't so deep.
Hey man, I’m working on my 1993 jeep grand Cherokee and was wondering if you did a video on replacing the radio. I still have the original radio and was trying to look at your videos to see how you did your girls radio in her jeep. Pls lmk if you have a video of that
Thank you for this information but I didn't get what type of jeep you have because I have a 2016 GC Lorado and everything is different in mine. I need to upgrade the door speakers badly
Hey man great video! I got the front speakers installed but I don’t have the right speaker harnesses for the woofers in the back. Can you let me know what harness you used for the woofers?
So I just looked closely at the video and saw that we have the same harness. How did you get the smaller of the two to fit on the male part of the woofer cuz mine is too small?
I know you didn't want to say in the video, but what speakers did you buy for the front two spots? I have the same exact car and my speakers blew about 4 months go I need to get some new ones. Just trying to find what the best bang for my buck. Thanks for the help, this is a great video!
You have a video of you putting in the head unit I have been trying to find a touch screen head unit but I can’t because of the dash it goes over the radio any tips will help I have been trying to figure it out for the longest
Joe Boss i cut a hole in mine on the driver side there goin be a soft rubber piece where all the other wires r gettin run through but it’s sealed off but cuz it’s rubber i just cut a slit and ran it right through
@@barricadegarage5361 I figured lol, I was just wondering the item name. (My step-dad used to have a Boss Phantom amp, so I didn't know if that stereo would have a specific name.) I'm looking to redo the entire audio system in my Jeep GC because all of the speakers are blown.
