How the government actually works at different levels and how different bodies operate 3. The complicated end to end personal finance and components and steps NPS, EPF, TAX etc. Looking forward to more exciting content :)

It is a farce that the country works because of Income tax. In fact, it makes up the paltry segment of spending. Most of the income is derived from income taxes as India has only 4 crore income tax payers. Since accounts are linked - it is only ministers and big builders who avoid paying taxes. Common public actually spends on taxes - contributing to nearly 20-30% on average. Every product has associated tax, every service has tax. It all adds up. The RW want you to believe that the poor are poor by choice but the rich never allow the money to trickle down. No wonder, the rich of the world got richer despite the pandemic.
You guys should open a university or something. Coming back from office and missing the key points of budgets is the story of every second individual, but you guys made everything it so simple that no one had ever taught us. Kudos to your entire team👍👍

Exactly, I lived in Canada 100% population pays tax and everything is expensive. Onky Free education and Free health care, here onky 2% population pays tax lota of free schemes.
Direct is tax income tax, for that you have to earn 7 lakh and above per year, in India salaries are very less everyone to pay income tax. Indirect tax is paid by everyone. Which GST and VAT.

A quick summary of the whole video! The Budget process in India begins 6 months before its presentation. The Finance Ministry circulates a circular to other Ministries to provide estimates of their expenses for the next financial year. The GDP growth estimate is also provided by the Finance Ministry. After considering the suggestions of stakeholders, the final budget document is prepared by the Finance Minister and Prime Minister and presented in Parliament on February 1st, preceded by the release of the Economic Survey. The budget has two parts, the Budget speech and announcements, which include policy directions, and the accounts which have financial details of government revenue and expenses. The budget is kept confidential before presentation to prevent information leakage that could impact the market.

Its a great video on how budget works. Love your work. Only 1 thing that make me think a lot and make me sad that we still have 2% tax payers around the country. I was thinking it increased over years because I am hearing it from my Dad since I was kid.
Love your videos. Please may you make video on why only 2% people in India pay direct tax? And what are the reasons and whether we, the (how many) citizens of India are hiding their income or in reality there are only 2% people in our country who come under taxable income?
It's because the basic salary is very less in India. I'm not sure about entrepreneurs and how they're paying taxes but for salaried individuals, the company deducts tax from their salary and pays on behalf of employees. salaried people who fall under the tax slab are very low, earning below 5 lacks per annum.
Great work on the video and mostly summing up a very complex topic for even the ones associated. The efforts are incredible and surely will help lot of guys if not this time , but next time when budget takes place. It is a farce that the country works because of Income tax. In fact, it makes up the paltry segment of spending. Most of the income is derived from income taxes as India has only 4 crore income tax payers.
Since accounts are linked - it is only ministers and big builders who avoid paying taxes. Common public actually spends on taxes - contributing to nearly 20-30% on average. Every product has associated tax, every service has tax. It all adds up.
The RW want you to believe that the poor are poor by choice but the rich never allow the money to trickle down. No wonder, the rich of the world got richer despite the pandemic.

Exactly, I lived in Canada 100% population pays tax and everything is expensive. Onky Free education and Free health care, here onky 2% population pays tax lota of free schemes.
Direct is tax income tax, for that you have to earn 7 lakh and above per year, in India salaries are very less everyone to pay income tax.
Indirect tax is paid by everyone. Which GST and VAT.

A quick summary of the whole video!
The Budget process in India begins 6 months before its presentation. The Finance Ministry circulates a circular to other Ministries to provide estimates of their expenses for the next financial year. The GDP growth estimate is also provided by the Finance Ministry. After considering the suggestions of stakeholders, the final budget document is prepared by the Finance Minister and Prime Minister and presented in Parliament on February 1st, preceded by the release of the Economic Survey. The budget has two parts, the Budget speech and announcements, which include policy directions, and the accounts which have financial details of government revenue and expenses. The budget is kept confidential before presentation to prevent information leakage that could impact the market.

Love your videos. Please may you make video on why only 2% people in India pay direct tax? And what are the reasons and whether we, the (how many) citizens of India are hiding their income or in reality there are only 2% people in our country who come under taxable income?
It's because the basic salary is very less in India. I'm not sure about entrepreneurs and how they're paying taxes but for salaried individuals, the company deducts tax from their salary and pays on behalf of employees. salaried people who fall under the tax slab are very low, earning below 5 lacks per annum.
Great work on the video and mostly summing up a very complex topic for even the ones associated. The efforts are incredible and surely will help lot of guys if not this time , but next time when budget takes place. Looking forward for a follow up video on pros/cons of this budget and their impact. That way more people can relate to what future possibly holds for them & the nation. Jai Hind!!👏💪
