Such a great chat, reallly happy you touched on mentle health because as a parent and espically for moms I think it’s not talked about the struggles we have like you go from have all the freedom in the world to literally being handed a human to look after it’s a big change here’s hoping 2024 is a good year for us ❤️

I’m happy that you are taking care of your mental health. I struggle with mental health issues and I know how hard it can be to ask for help. I hope things are becoming more manageable for you.
I’m also struggling with my news consumption. I want to stay informed but I am really affected by the news stories. It works best if I set a time limit, like only a half-hour to read/watch the news per day.

Hi, and I always watch you! It's so good that you realized your anxiety and called your doctor, not many people do that. I get high anxiety even grocery shopping I hate shopping! I also tried going out with medication and learned is not something I can do. I'll be on meds for depression and anxiety the rest of my life. You do a great job with your daughter!!!! Not many parents do all you do with her. I had 4 kids at 23. Can tell you I didn't do all you did! You need to really be patting yourself on the back! Happy Holidays from ithaca

Omg yes I loveeee my kindle too! When you said you look forward to reading at night when you go to bed that’s literally me lol I do the same every night…like you said even if it’s just a couple pages. It’s just so relaxing and that’s my ME time.
Also don’t be so hard on yourself doll, life is hard and your doing amazing! Raising kids is HARD but your also rocking that! I’m glad you started the Lexipro (I kno I spelled that wrong lol) it’s important for us to recognize when things are off and do something about it so be proud of yourself that

Things are so expensive. It’s so hard to do it all.

You went through a little more though because your daughter had trouble with breast milk and formula and spitting up. Extra issues with babies make things 100x worse. I’ve had 4 kids. I can say that your vlogs with your struggles with phoebe helped me tremendously at the time because I was going through some very similar things.
It’s true, it was really difficult, I’m glad I was able to be there for you while you were struggling as well ❤️
