Not the GAL’s statement making me tear up for those babies. Not having their own beds, their own space, and having to be afraid of what to say around your own father. Thank god for court mandated therapy. Bailey is honestly such a good mother. I feel so bad for her having to deal with Nick. 🥺❤️

Good grief Nick, it shows how much both you and your parents don't care about the kids if they don't have their own room or beds. And where has the baby been sleeping for the past while? Hopefully not on the couch because I'm pretty sure that could be child endangerment.
Tbh the judge failed in this moment.. he saw videos of the father coaching the children.. and did nothing to stop it. He can see how unstable Nick is.. I'm not saying strip the father of complete rights, but supervised visitation and taking the classes would've protected the kids from further damage. I really hope the next time they go to court (because I'm sure there is going to be another go around) the judge will actually start to take this seriously.
