Man this has been one of the best road trips I have ever taken by far. I don’t think anyone can come close to what you have done on the way from key west to Alaska. I know you you have accomplished something you been wanting to do since school. I can’t say how much I enjoy taking the trip with ya. Thanks again man Wendel
The dinner looks fabulous! Time to Quartzsite Arizona in January and February 18:15 . You won't be disappointed. Lots of gold shows Jim shows in the big tent is the RV show.. Third week in January.
Hey Ryan I was wondering since you went from Florida to Alaska, why don’t you go from the lowest part of California all the way to the highest part of Maine? Just a suggestion, I think that would be another amazing adventure. Really love your videos btw.
Ryan, love your vids man i’m always so hyped about them when they come. You have an aura with the way you deliver your videos unlike any other creators in your genre of videos. Keep going man and keep being as satisfying and honest as you are.
Korean guy here and dude your recipe for the marinades for the meats and veggies is so authentic! Literally how my mom and I season and cook the food. Looks rlly good man!
Thoroughly enjoying watching another episode of the Ryan Twomey Van-life Cooking Show! As always, it looked delicious. Honestly you give me such good inspiration to try different foods and recipes. Glad you shipped the van back and gave yourself some relaxation time and a visit with your brother before heading out on the road again. Cannot wait to see where the road leads you next. I’m excited for your excitement about your new build… although I think I will miss the current van. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us.
Love your videos, Ryan. Thanks for taking us on your trips. I cannot wait to see you build out the new rig, it’s gonna be awesome! I always enjoy seeing new places through your eyes, so keep them coming!
Thanks for having us on your journey Ryan. I can only imagine the joy and excitement you've endured through the entire trip. Keep apsiring to Inspire brother!🤟🤙❤️🔥
First time writing a comment. I live in Florida. I've been watching your videos way before you crossed Canada on your way to Alaska. I love every single one of them. Is a great way for me seeing those beautiful places without leaving my home. I love nature, the mountains, wild life, rivers, lakes, clean air. Thank you, Ryan, for sharing the amazing videos. I hope you can continue making them. Have a safe flight and God bless!!😊 Nice haircut!
Your recipe was very well done. Thank you for being so authentic! Korean BBQ is also my favorite food! Mochi is typically ice cream wrapped in rice dough!
So good to see you back in the lower 48. If on your way home you go through Yuma,Az. Honk your horn. Your videos make me smile and brighten this old lady's life. Safe travels.
Little marinating tip. Squeeze the air out of the zip lock. The negative pressure will help the flavors penetrate the meat. ;). I see you've visited some of my Ole stomping grounds. Used to live in Delta Junction, Fairbanks, Eagle River and Anchorage. Have caught a number of fish in Ship Creek as well. Loved the Alaska trip ;).
Ryan , this is probably the best video series I’ve ever seen on RUclips. The one channel I looked forward to every week. Thank you for always keeping it interesting.
❤ Congratulations on finishing your Alaska trip. I've enjoyed following you. It will be exiting to see what you buy and how you build it. Thanks Ryan 🤗❤️❤️
This one was all over the place, super cool! Ohhhh that meal ❤ I hope I didn't scare you when I screamed Noooooo!!! before you cut the curls off, though the cut looks nice. Once again, thanks for the adventure!
That's more Korean than any Korean BBQs I've eaten at non-Korean restaurants. I give this food an official seal of 'Korean-ness'. As a Korean I could not only eat what you made, but totally enjoy. Great job. Now I know there's a H-mart in Anchorage. You are such a talented knowledgeable cook!
Only found your videos at the start of this year, but have now caught up fully and loved every one and always look forward to a new post. Loved all your journeys, especially your recent one. Love from Scotland, UK..
Ryan, you’re awesome! Love the stories, cooking, vibe. I have a driveway in Santa Cruz, California you are welcome to park, I am close to the beach so parking is golden. I will be here until mid October, then off to Mexico(Puerto Peñasco), for two weeks, staying at a nice campground on the beach. Then I be in Arizona for a few months, there I have full hookup and you can stay as long as you wish. Will be leaving AZ around mid April for the east coast(Martha’s Vineyard) until October 2024. You can also stay there but sounds like you are from the east coast.
So excited that you were in Seattle. Lived there for 25 years. Hated seeing the mountain without her snow cap on. Definitely not the majestic Mt. Rainier I remember!
Well I'm so glad you made it to Alaska. You look so happy . It was a fun 6 months. Thank you for sharing this adventure. So many beautiful sceneries. Take care on the way home. 🙏♥️👍
Love the videos Ryan. I think the next adventure you should do like a big one maybe next summer to get the best experience is touring the UK maybe even for like 12 months? As much as I would live to see that
Dude. I was born and raised in Korean household and I can tell you legit cook better Korean food than some moms. Also would LOVE to see you make your own kimchi. Shoutout from Maryland!
You inspired me with the taco bowls you made a few videos back and made my own this past week. I want to make bulgogi next. I've made it in a Hello Fresh recipe the first time I tried it and it's one of my favorite foods. Other than that I've only had it at a Korean restaurant in San Francisco twice. I'm ready to start making it myself so I can eat it more often. It helped to see you make it. If there's anything you need while passing through Sacramento or San Francisco feel free to reach out. I live right in between both cities. Safe travels.
Sup Ryan, this has been a awesome adventure, can't wait to see more from you soon, I hope you bring your lady with you alongside of your adventure, with that small mini van that you going to build, I can't wait for that one real soon. Keep up the work, you will reach 1 Million on RUclips subscribers 👊🏾 stay blessed.

much enjoyed your adventure to Alaska, you did well!! Back in your van, cooking Korean BBQ...looks yummy, enjoy the trip back to San Deigo and the new purchase,,,😊
Yeh the hair was better before the cut😆 (says the follicle challenged man who has no need for barbers) 👍🏻A truly incredible series of videos of an epic journey. It's been sensational be to be able to see everything along this journey you have taken and wow, what a way to cross that one off the list! 😮 For us it was a mere 5 mins from van drop off to you getting it back. How did it feel for you? Sounds like you had a good time with family anyways. But yeh, I'm truly grateful for being able to share the journey that I would never have the confidence to do myself. Plus I can't even eat spicy food so that's so boring on it's own, 😆 Thx for all the work you put into these videos 👊🏻🍻 P.S. have you seen Tabi-ie's van build? He does video's too in Japan.
And...THIS is why we love your vids! Great episode, the food looks amazing 😋! When you tire of RV/van life, you can start a cooking show. That’s not to say I don’t enjoy the heck out if the travel aspect, I do! ✌🏻💕
Dude, thanks so much for having us along for the ride. If you ever decide to sell the van, 100% lemme know cause I'm in FL myself and really wanna take a similar trip 😁
If u happen to take the 101 by the coast stop by Kelly’s brighton marina in rockaway beach Oregon. U can crab there and they cook it for you so much fun
MAINLAND 'MURICA! YAY!🎉 Bravo on the dish Chef!💎✨👌 Hehe! Clean-cut Ryan is back! I'm gonna miss those curly-overloads. Not reallly... Hehe!😅 Oh nice to see the clear sky, sunshine vibes of downtown Seattle. 💎✨👌 I haven't seen Seattle in ages. It's nice to catch a glimpse of it here!😊

WOW your dinner looked amazing! I bet coming back down to the lower 48 felt like returning from a long trip to another country or something. Excited to see what you do next.
Ryan nice job on your meal. I love your cooking portions of video. Gonna try this dish next weekend. Though hope my meal presentation turns out as good as yours. 👍👏💕
If you are still near seattle there is a dope free camping spot near lake Easton. It’s down Kachess Dam Rd. You can pull up right near the water and you don’t need 4wheel drive
Nice the way you handled your return to the 48. I was thinking you would take the ferry from Anchorage to Washington state . Looking forward to your next adventure.
i just got a 97 honda street realtime, they are fun little cars! they cant go fast but you feel like your going fast. cant wait to see how you build it out!!!!
The Daihatsu kei (pronounced "kay") truck build would be really awesome to see you build, they also have some microvans which would be even better depending on what the plans are.
Dinner looked fantastic. I've got some pork belly in my fridge I think it's going to become Korean BBQ tomorrow. Also Melon cream soda is so good. I had it for the first time when I went to Japan and was from Fanta.
There's a Japanese camper youtuber that has a truck 🚚 similar to the photo you showed that he had built it into a camper. His camper is quite simple, not much stuff inside.
Hi Ryan, thoroughly enjoyed the FL--->AK road trip. Glad you had a fun & safe journey. Watched all the footage. I know exactly where you stealth camp in downtown Seattle. Wish I could've said hi. Didn't you make Kbbq there last time? FYI, if you try to make kimchi inside your van, you will regret it. Your van, especially your fridge will stink & will never be the same 😆 Just buy it at Hmart. Safe travels 👍
Hey Ryan, love watching your journey! Just wish your videos were a little longer and more often. Love seeing the parts of the country I've never been to, and cooking trips. Are we going to see your trip home?
