Is there 3M underneath the Mesh?

They do reflect, there is 3M. I have these as well and they’re now my favorite pair.

Are they true to size?
Lots of people are saying true to size, lots of people are saying go half a size up. I personally went true to size. I have pretty narrow feet so I feel like I’ll be alright. Once I get them in on Monday I’ll share my thoughts if you’d like.
