I noticed that not many people have been sharing their progress so I’ll let you guys know if this works. Hope this helps. Gonna update for a month Day 1: I’ve done this exercise and actually feel that they feel fuller than before. Day 2: I’ve done this exercise second day in a row and they feel the same, nothing too special difference between day 1 and 2. Day3: I skipped day 3 exercize cuz I was feeling pain in my back. Day 4: I did it but I can’t see any more visible changes. Day 5: did it in the morning whenever I do this exercise they feel fuller. Day 6: I can see some visible changes but they are very little. Day 7: I’ve noticed that it’s not some kind of magic that makes them grow overnight, you have to be consistent with your practice and not skip any day. However I do feel them visibly and physically fuller than before. Day 8: definitely works little by little. Day 9: everytime I do exercize they feel fuller. Day 10: no big change just feel fuller. I just want them to grow 36 inches. Day11: no change. Day 12 : i hope to grow like 4 inches but they feel full today, haven’t grown much. Day 13: no big change. Day 14: very little growth. Day 15: the same Day 16: this exercise works very slowly🥲
It’s probably bc it’s only a three step exercise and I bet if you find more to add in along with this one it would quicken the growth! 😁 hope that helped some. Idk if I’m right tho

I am gonna give you guys updates of its growth from day 1 from now on Day1- no change Day2- no change Day3- no change just my back is getting straight . Day-4 - no change in breasts my collarbone is much visible my rounded shoulders are now fixed and my posture is better. Day5- hell no change in breasts yet.
The only way to reduce fat in specific areas is through surgery. You lose fat all over your body naturally through diet and *any* exercise by being in a caloric deficit. So there are no "breast reduction exercises". It's possible to grow the pectoral muscle and thus somewhat increase breast size, but you need to use weights for that. Look at men with large pectoral muscles- they get those by lifting heavy weights

These exercises can reduce your back fat but not increase the sizes, I noticed mine became smaller after doing these cause it reduces the fats around the breast.
